Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job purpose:

  • Performing independently back office activities in foreign payments area
  • Cooperating with the relevant departments in Prague and Vienna and working towards optimization of processes
  • Regular preparation of reports
  • Co-leading the foreign payments area (3 teams / about 20 employees) in close cooperation with the team leader
  • Backing up the team leader including related staffing matters

Education / Skills:

  • High School / Secondary education and two years working experience or university degree and one year experience in financial, administrative or related area
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)
  • English language skills B2 (German language skills are of benefit)
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, reliability, flexibility
  • Results driven personality
  • Good managerial skills
  • Strong verbal / written communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Client oriented approach

The basis objective of the vacancy position we want to fill is to actively participate in the rollout of the newly designed lending system by supporting our customer in the testing & migration phase. After successful migration of loan data into the new system the loan process need to be operated by originating and administrating loan facilities addressing the client, investor and the bank’s objectives.
