Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job specification:
- providing financial statements analysis, preparation and adjustment of cash-flow models and financial projections
- screening (including preliminary risk assessment) and participation in structuring of acquisition & leveraged finance transactions and writing of credit applications
- prepare overall analysis of companies participating in structured finance transactions including analysis of the business model, customers, strategies and overall financials
- close co-operation with credit risk management and consulting/presentation of the financial analysis outcome
- monitoring of existing transaction and support of senior managers in transaction maintenance
- attendance in client meetings and site vistis together with the senior manager
- developing and maintaining intensive contacts with relationship managers, customers, other banks, external law firms and financial advisors
Requirements:
- minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in structured/corporate/acquisition finance/financial analysis/credit analysis or credit risk management, etc.
- advanced understanding of financing products and structures
- strong analytical and risk assessment skils (both business and financial)
- advanced cash flow modelling skills in Excel (company valuations and advanced understanding of accounting principles and taxes are an advantage)
- very good knowledge of English language (German language is welcomed)
- advanced PC skills (MS Office, Google)
- analytical thinking, ability for complex business & risk analysis
- team player with good communications skills
- desire for self improvement, enjoying challenges
- able to work on multiple project and prioritize
- high energy and professional, focus on solution finding
