Job description, responsibilities and duties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining office efficiency
• Supervising office staff (35 persons) and coordinating their activities
• Evaluating and managing staff performance
• Managing office staff relations
• Organising and chairing meetings with staff
• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff
• Organising operations and procedures within the office
• Designing and implementing office policies
• Analysing and monitoring internal processes
• Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
• Global, Regional and Local Management support (incl. attending regular local and regional meetings)
• Reviewing and analysing financial reports; regular reporting
• Implementing global projects locally
• Ensuring compliance with local and global regulations
• Monitoring business continuity procedures
• Preparing and managing the office budget; recording office expenditure

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

• Business administration/business management qualifications or the equivalent

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Fluent Czech and English
• Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations employment
