Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibility for successfully set up of Call Center in Czech Republic
• Management of operations in Call Center in Czech Republic in professional and efficient way
• Ability to plan, execute, manage and continuously optimize the Call Center operations
• Ongoing improvement of effectiveness and quality in following areas: sales, medical, customer service
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of KPIs
• Monitoring employee performance, identification of training needs and planning workshops
• Planning trainings and realisation of workshops base on educational needs
• Participation on defining and implementation of processes coming with new campaigns and activities (preparing callscripts and other campaign-related materials)
• Coaching, motivation and development of operators, coordination of bonus and motivation schemes
• Solving of complex customer queries, complaints and requests
• Regular reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2)

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in managerial position in Call Center environment
• Experience in sales of products and services is a must
• Experience in people management and people development is a must
• Experience with Call Center tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in coaching, sales and motivation trainings
