Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Generate new ideas and business opportunities to increase fundraising and fund development to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Search for potential donors and foundations to identify and evaluate potential
funding sources.
• Make initial contacts, approach potential donors in appropriate way
• Build and maintain profitable, long-term fundraising relationships with current donors and potential donors.
• Responsibility for preparation of non-profit marketing communication (printed materials, online, etc.)
• PR co-ordination of projects, networking with media
• Other activities within marketing team
• Regular reporting to management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree – at least Bc.
• Advanced English, other language is a benefit
• Successful professional track record in the raising of funds for an organization of similar scope is an advantage
• Candidate must be an empathic and charismatic communicator, possessing the ability to negotiate, build and maintain relations and inspire others
• He or she must also have a keen understanding of a varied of fundraising techniques
• Strong prezentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
