•Maintenance of bonus contracts (closing, re-activation, checking, solving errors)
•Orientation in Financial Module of SAP
•Verification of customer data in SAP Credit Management system

•Communication with internal customers
•SLA/KPI associated with role
•Perform other duties as requested by the team leader
