Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Overview
Responsible for all cost and spend reduction initiatives within EMEA Partner Deployment Ops. Work with Finance and General Procurment to ensure cost benefits to Dell in relation to partner spend thoughout the year. This includes overseeing preparation of self-billing files on a monthly basis and preparation and analysis of CPD for our monthly finance review with senior management.
This role is also responsible for EMEA Partner Deployment Ops reporting including operational decks, dashboards and scorecards for use in executive meetings and partner interlocks.

Role Responsibilities
· Lead CPD (Cost Per Dispatch) /CPI (Cost Per Incident) reduction initiatives
· Manage RFP ( Request for Proposal) /RFQ (Request for Quotation) activity
· Identify/lead cost reduction opportunities
· Lead weekly/monthly spend review forum
· PO (Purchase Order) management/approval
· Develop Global Partner Deployment budget and ensure adherence
· Identify revenue generation opportunities
· Lead partner cost step programs
· Management of spend vs. plan
· Lead weekly operations review
· Develop and Deploy All required partner operations reporting to drive the business end to end
· Database knowledge, to ensure effective data flow and data creation may be required
