Role Overview
Key responsibility will be for a representative of Dell Service Parts to drive operational / repair best of breed with our outsourced partners. Liaise between Dell Partner & Dell Return To Vendor (RTV) & Repair management. Offer front-line support to a cross-company cross-functional team covering RTV & Repair Services and other as directed.

Role Responsibilities
· Reporting to the Operations Director.
· Key responsibility is to assist in the development of key initiatives that provides high-level results to improve business process & customer service delivery.
· Responsibilities include ensuring the day to day operational activity is driving the Return To Vendor & Repair supply chain and associated metrics.
· Be the first point of operational contact for repair operations in relation to Return to Vendor & Repair operational activity.
· Driving operational cost reduction initiatives that minimize Return To Vendor & Repair
· Highlight additional Dell support required, ensure that Dell is providing the required support levels for our outsourced repair partners. Eliminate red tape that will reduce decision making lead time.
· Ensure RTV & Repair Daily Sales Inventory (DSI) are maintained to target levels
· Responsible for the daily operational pulse call, track & drive all key actions to a close ensuring RTV & Repair cycle time & Work In Progress (WIP) velocity is in line with contractual & operational requirements
· Lead cross company & cross-functional efforts to identify and solve any roadblocks that impacts KPI & WIP which impacts repair supply chain.
· Understand cost effectiveness of Repair / RTV Logistics Versus New Buy. Be analytical & perform structured analysis of repair data and present in useful formats bringing actionable insights which will assist in YES/NO repair decisions.
· Maintain deep understanding of Dell product & future service roadmap & ensure repair partner readiness for all (New Part Introduction) NPI product. Working closely with Planning, Procurement, Quality & Repair teams to ensure Repair readiness prior to product Ready to Ship (RTS).
· Understand all Terms & Conditions within Return To Vendor process.
· Drive the RTV process ensuring smooth flow of your commodity through Reverse Logistics (RL) processes.
· Assist in repair accrual & forecast within your All-in-One (AIO) profile.
· Act as 1st level Invoice approver, validate & approve / reject all repair invoices & submit to Repair Manager for 2nd level approval.
· Escalate to the Management where partners are failing to fulfil their contractual obligations.
· Continuously promote a positive working environment, which provides opportunities for the development of strong working relationships, internal and external partnerships, and cross-functional working across the business group.
· Work with AIO partner & Dell repair programs team to drive cost reduction programs / initiatives that minimize costs & inventory levels.

Requirements
· Master’s degree
· 7+ years of experience in Services/Service Delivery/Partner Management roles
· fluent business English
· understanding of all the elements of a Return To Vendor & Service Operations Repair business gained through relevant experience as essential.
· proven track record in KPI & People management with experience in developing and working in a partnership / service orientated environment
· strong Vendor negotiation, presentation and executive communication skills
