Become a valuable part of the Talent Acquisition Recruitment Team at Dell in Bratislava. We are looking for a person who wants to contribute to the development of the recruitment process with TA Teams, Candidates & Hiring Managers across EMEA.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the candidate pre-selection
- Screening candidates across all departments at Dell Bratislava
- Responsible for job advertisements
- Participation on job fairs
- Support projects aimed to improve the processes
