Do you have strong experience in finance or financial services that shows impressive business acumen? In Finance, we are looking for a Financial Analysis Sr. Analyst to join our team in Bratislava and play a key role in the evolution of Dell in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare annual operating plans, working together with the business and the central FP&A teams
• Develop and maintain good and efficient relationships with Corporate Finance, Business Unit FP&A and other Finance teams
• Monitor performance against the forecast with monthly close reports and reviews
• Participate actively on forecast discussions and drive process improvement
• Provide correct, up-to-date and timely financial data to business owners in user-friendly format
• Make recommendations for OPEX savings and other actions that will allow the business achieve its financial goals
• Work with Hyperion, Oracle, and other high-tech tools

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Fluent English
• 3+ years of experience in Finance preferably in budget planning and analysis
• Very strong skills using Microsoft Excel
• Very strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Experience with planning systems including Hyperion and Oracle preferred
