Retail Order & Services Sr. Analyst

Key responsibilities & Requirements
• Communicate effectively to provide service, coordinate information and delivery
• Coordinate issue resolution between technical support and retailers
• Manage order entry and returns program
• Coordinate with parts organization for planning for system repairs
• Work with logistics partners to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinates and manages intake plans between Dell and retailers
