Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Maintenance of the office administrative and of HR operations
- Reporting to the owner of the company
- Receiving of incoming communication via phone, mail, post etc.
- Support of various company events both inside and outside of the office
- Maintaining office supplies
- Cooperation with service providers (advertising agencies, courier services, booking agencies, etc.)
- Coordination of staff’s business travel arrangements and connected agenda or events
- Accommodation and servicing of the visitors to the office

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)
