Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Review Denied Parties high match shipments against set criteria to determine the validity of the match
* Update the relevant systems with the results and actions taken in the review of the high match shipments
* Escalate all validated or questionable high match shipment records to the DPS Senior Agent (Level 2)
* Release on hold shipments not escalated to Level 2
* Assist as directed by DPS Senior Agent in the research and review of escalated high match shipment records
* May be involved in other trade compliance related activities of CRA Europe; may be involved in Customs OPS team tasks

* Fluency in written and verbal English
* Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high pressure environment under limited supervision
* Self motivated, willingness to constant personal development
* Entry level analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Ability to perform detailed research in multiple internal IT systems, the internet, internal databases and hard copy files
* Computer literate
