Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibilities:

• Proactive work with potential Medium and Large customers
• Field sales activities with already existing customers in the region
• Lead generation for new Large/Medium customers
• Negotiation and preparation of cooperation agreements
• Cooperation with Office Sales team to deliver the best to the customers
• To reach set financial results and targets

Requirements for our new colleague:

• Knowledge and interest in technical business environment in the market
• Daily travelling to customers and Key Accounts within your region
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Manager
• Proactive communication capabilities
• Good level of English, Slovak and/or Czech language
• Experienced user of CRM and ERP systems
• University degree or equivalent
• Ready for active travel within the country and to neighbouring countries
• Experience in sales of electronic/technical products would be an advantage

Distrelec is rapidly expanding to CEE markets. Our goal is to become preferred International supplier for our customers.
To help us with this task we are looking for a new colleague to work with customers in Slovakia. You will be responsible for medium and large customers located in assigned regions.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
