Job description, responsibilities and duties
We currently have several opportunities to work in an IT support/helpdesk function here in Prague for a major international organisation. Relocation support is possible for applications outside of the Czech Republic.
In this role you will:
Receive incoming calls, emails and online generated tickets from customers with a wide range of technical issues
Record all information, inform customer and keep customer updated of actions being taken to fix the problem
Where needed, escalate issues to other departments and track progress
Administrate all client contact information
Cooperate and innovate ideas in cooperation with team leads to improve processes and support to customers
We require:
Fluent German Language Skills - Good level of English language is also required
Proactive personality, we are looking for someone that likes to interract and solve problems
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver world class customer service
Desire to work/relocate to the Czech Republic on a long term basis
