Client Advisor Dutch Language

We are now searching for people with strong Dutch language skills to join a successful customer service team of a major international organisation in Brno

Role and responsibilities:
As first point of contact for Dutch customers, you will provide professional help, identifying the clients needs and resolving problems either individually or in cooperation with other departments
Deal with a range of different issues including technical, operational and commercial
Maintain contact with customers, providing updates and follow up information until the issue is resolved
Record all customer contact for future use
Highlight any recurring problems for immediate action
