Job description, responsibilities and duties

As first point of contact for French customers, you will provide professional help, identifying the clients needs and resolving problems either individually or in cooperation with other departments
Deal with a range of different issues including technical, operational and commercial
Maintain contact with customers, providing updates and follow up information until the issue is resolved
Record all customer contact for future use
Highlight any recurring problems for immediate action

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Some previous experience dealing with customers in French language
Very Good level of French language both spoken and written
Communicative level of English language
Must have a good 'people personality', someone who enjoys contact with customers
Must be able to analyse situations and provide solutions
