Job description, responsibilities and duties
We currently have several opportunities to work on an internal helpdesk in Prague for a major international organisation.
In this role you will:
Receive inbound enquiries from customers via email and telephone with a wide range of issues
Record all information, inform customer and keep customer updated of actions being taken to fix the problem
Where needed, escalate issues to other departments and track progress
Administrate all client contact information
Cooperate and innovate ideas in cooperation with team leads to improve processes and support to customers
