Job Description
- Provide administrative documentation support for multi-country clinical study projects.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international regulations and standards.
- Travel to multiple locations where studies are being carried out to coordinate, collect and catalogue data.
- Prepare study documentation in readiness for audits,
- Prepare documentation for new study projects and coordinate document submissions to legal and state authorities,
- Manage commercial documentation (contracts, invoices etc),
- Provide support and prepare reports for project managers, team members and departmental managers,

We now have an exciting opportunity with a major international life sciences company. The position will involve providing administrative and coordination support to ongoing clinical study projects. This position requires a large amount of traveling to other European countries.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
- University Graduate in life sciences/medicine or similar,
- Strong English and French language skills both spoken and written,
- Other language skills especially German may be an advantage but are not a strong requirement,
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a pharma/life sciences company (this could also be from completed internships or work experience),
- Competent PC User
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 4 days per week in Europe.
