Job Description
- Working in a project based environment, you will be responsible for end to end client consulting from initial meetings, requirements gathering, through to project resolution.
- Analyse current company processes and produce structured proposals for improvement.
- Implement new procurement/spend management/supply chain procedures in cooperation with client's management team.
- Analyse existing vendor management and bidding processes and optimise as needed.
- Engage and negotiate with potential new vendors on behalf of the client.
- Identify opportunities to provide further consulting services to clients.
- Build strong relationships with the client's procurement team.
- As needed, provide expert input into pre-sales activities with potential new customers.

Management consultancy activities


We now have several opportunities in purchasing/supply chain consultancy. As part of a consulting team, you will be working on large scale projects for major internationals, helping them to optimise and control their procurement processes. This position will require very regular travel outside of the Czech Republic.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
- At least one year experience working in a consulting position, working with large international customers (procurement consulting experience is a definite plus)
- Educated to Degree level,
- Strong communication skills in English,
- Strong communication skills in either French OR German
- Able to be a strong and convincing communicator with managers, clients and vendors,
- Proficient PC user, with experience creating presentations and advanced spreadsheets,
- Able to react to change quickly and be flexible, traveling regularly within the EU as needed.
