Global Workforce Manager

We're now able to offer a challenging but rewarding senior staffing position for one of our international Technology clients in Prague.

Position in brief:
the main task of the Global Workforce Manager is to evaluate staffing/resource requests across all technology departments and identify best solutions to solve requests. This involves analysis and potential re-allocation of existing employees, optimised use of contractors and long term development of the organisations resourcing strategy.

Job Description:
- Controls all processes involved in workforce/resource planning,
- Maintain and develop worktime monitoring and tracking tools,
- Maintain and develop workforce planning/resource planning tools,
- Create, present and roll out workforce management procedures,
- At a strategic level, evaluate and optimise productivity and financial burden of current workforce using effective KPIs and other methods,
- Develop effective communication/data management tools for company staffing/resourcing requests,
- Provides support to operational managers in developing and implementing strategies to ensure adequate human resources are available for projects,
