Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is a successful international IT company that has recently opened new offices in Prague. We are now able to offer a chance to become one of the first members of their new team.

Responsibilities
Ensure all the operational activity of the office at the start-up stage
Schedule interviews with potential employees and help with on-boarding new staff
Instruct and monitor all staff with regard to company policy and processes
Coordinate office and business administration
Create and maintain filing systems and create a schedules for monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks
Coordinate with external suppliers such as the accountant, office landlord, maintenance company etc.
Manage invoices and other financial paperwork
General office maintenance, ordering supplies, scheduling cleaners etc.
Provide executive assistance including the organisation of meetings and business trips

Language skills

Czech - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Solid working experience in a similar position, providing office management for a small to medium-sized office
Able to work independently and flexibly as part of a new team
Native Czech language skills
Advanced English language skills
Competent IT user including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Enthusiastic personality
