Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a senior position in our client’s offices in Prague

Responsibilities
Managing all HR processes including payroll, recruitment, budgeting, and general HR issues
Prepare and maintain all HR documents
Be a point of contact for employee’s HR issues
Oversee transition projects
Manage the on-boarding of new staff and approve all training processes
Manage and mentor junior HR staff
Be a contact point for senior management with relation to all HR matters

Primary education
Secondary school student
Secondary without school-leaving examination
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Czech - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

At least three years’ experience in a senior HR position, preferably in a Shared Service Centre environment
Proficient Czech and English, both spoken and written
Experience of leading junior team members
Analytical thinking with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Thorough knowledge of the Czech labour code
Experience with all parts of the recruitment process
Experience working with payroll
