Your key accountabilities will be

* New business development and client relationship management
* Presentation of services to the client, negotiation of conditions
* Account management
* Execution of HR consulting projects

Focus of the company is on Executive Search, Search and Selection of specialists, consultancy in HR systems and providing various development programs for individuals, teams and organisations (management skills, sales skills, team building, organisational development etc.).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Ideal candidate shall possess

* business and management experience in B2B, preferably in services
* business contacts and reliable network to decision makers on top management levels
* HR and/or management consulting experience is an advantage
* strong target and sales orientation
* strong entrepreneurial mindset
* proactivity and responsibility
* excellent communication and listening skills
* very good organization skills, time management and stress resistance
* team worker but able to work independently
* advanced level of Slovak and English language (written and spoken) is a must, German language is welcome
