Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main activities:
•Do analyses with the bank for new requirements
•Cooperation on projects (analysis, cooperation with business and other teams, writing business specifications and other project documentation, test coordination, test and implementation management)
•Discuss and provide support with development teams (internal or external)
•Prepare small changes (e.g. reports)
•Coordination of external vendors
•Monitor functionality of internal systems, solving trouble tickets (independently or with involvement of internal support or development teams)
•Deployment of changes

Main responsibilities:
•To be responsible administrator for applications used locally in Slovakia in various business areas and for payments applications used in CEE
•Manage the partnership and cooperation with clients
•Manage the partnership and cooperation within the development teams and external suppliers
•Complete individual tasks given by manager

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree
• Technical skill (more details in separate paragraph below)
• Praxis in banking environment
• Good analytical thinking
• Good knowledge of bank products and processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Active knowledge of English
• Willingness to learn
• Trustable, flexible, goal oriented, team player


Other technical skills
• Advanced knowledge and experience of SQL
• at least basic knowledge of iSeries environment
• TCP/IP, LAN and WAN basic knowledge
• Orientation/experience in programming code
• Office suite
