Sales Trainee - Recruitment

Our client is a highly successful and British recruitment company which also has a large presence on the European market. They recruit exclusively for some of the largest and best known international clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and technical industries in the DACH region. (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Over the past year they have grown by 37% and have set the ambitious target to grow by a further 100% over the next 12 months.

To achieve this growth they are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious people who will grow with the company and hopefully become future leaders in positions such as Team Leader, Business Unit Managers (opening new divisions or locations) and even Associate Directors.

Your Career:

You'll begin your career in Pardubice at their centre of excellence where you'll participate in an industry leading training and development program, giving you the necessary tools to become a top performing recruitment consultant. You'll learn about the full recruitment life-cycle, sales negotiation, your industry, headhunting and much more...

You will work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from a variety of different countries. The internal language of the company is English but you will use your other language skills to communicate with candidates and clients.

Within 4-6 months dependent on your performance, you'll be able to choose which of their offices you'd like to work from: London, Portsmouth, Zug (Switzerland), Prague or stay in Pardubice.
