Job description, responsibilities and duties

A growing national hotel group is seeking a high professional for its small boutique hotel properties in the South of Bohemia. The task is to keep and improve the requested occupancy and rates for all departments at the highest possible level. To ensure the standards and services required by the company and clients.

Details :
The successful candidate must show conscientiousness, responsibility, independence, flexibility. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willingness to continue learning, team work and develop. Multi-task person. Team spirit, communication skills and capability to work independent if needed are necessity. You also must be willing to travel and if required attend international as well as national trade fairs, exhibitions and make executive sales calls and visits.

The female or male candidate must have a proven track record of a minimum four star deluxe or five star property in order to meet and maintain the expectations and goals set and expected. Czech native speaker.

Knowledge of English on an advance level absolute essential. Additional foreign languages would be advantageous. Absolute perfect presentation are a must.
