Prepare and maintain Enterprise architecture strategy.
Define the scope of Enterprise architecture repository and take the responsibility for its content.
Be in touch with key group business stakeholders and business architect.
Define and regularly update architecture standards (technology, application, data, integration architecture) so that they are in compliance with IT and business strategy.
Define architecture assessment criteria and measures.
Define business components relevant to HC Group business orientation.
Define standard IT components to support specified business components.
Supervise group solution architects, oversee implementation of enterprise architecture principles and guidelines into daily routine within group entities (countries and IT centres).
Supervise EmbedIT solution architects working on EmbedIT projects.
With Group solution architects participate on architecture assessments of group entities.
Evangelize enterprise architecture across the organization.
