Soft Skills Trainer

EmbedIT is seeking to fill in the position of a Soft Skills Trainer. You will be part of the HR team and will be responsible for training initiatives – designing, implementing and conducting soft skills training programs. In today’s world, having the soft skills has become as important as having the hard skills. That´s why we have decided to look for a professional who would help us to improve our ability to communicate, collaborate, motivate, and problem-solve.

If you have…
* Proven experience in delivering soft skills training; ideally you should have experience in developing full cycle training courses.
* Experience with helping to build and design training using up to date methods and technical delivery tools.
* Capability to demonstrate full training cycle experience to help improve and develop the soft skills training within the business.
* Design and planning experience.
* Great communication skills.
* Fluent English and Czech or Slovak.
* Flexible approach to work on multiple projects at one time.
