English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Experience with Genesys Framework, Genesys SIP Server and Genesys Interaction Workspace (iWS).
Experience in Genesys Voice portal solution architecture engineering.
Genesys 8 Certified Engineer (Either Suite or GVP).
Experience in call center architecture.
Very good communication skills.
Creative problem solving, result oriented.
University degree: master or equivalent level.
Ability to cooperate and take solution lead in multi-vendor teams.
Fluent English, oral and written.
