Group Lean Specialist

To support our growth, Enics has a focus on taking Lean and our Lean Culture to the next level. We are currently looking to expend our team with additional senior specialist to drive Enics globally within needed productivity improvements and waste elimination to grow according to our strategy. The position require a lot of travel to all our factories globally why we see that your office base can be flexible in one of our location.

-Participate in the realignment of the Lean Strategy for Enics globally
-Execute Lean action plans together with our business units
-Review the results and conduct effective countermeasures to reach our targets
-Execute Kaizen activities
-Participate in development and implementation of lean roadmap for total Enics
-Develop and improve Lean and Kaizen training materials and mindset
-Coach and develop Master Black Belt and Green Belt candidates
