Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Training Coordinator assists with administering the event management system for delivery of education classes, and monitors the customer inbox, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is attained. The Training Coordinator works closely with the Project Managers, instructors, and other Epicor University team members, and communicates effectively, in a timely manner with customers as well as works with virtually all departments.
Basic Purpose:
- Maintains class schedule for worldwide classroom and virtual training events.
- Executes customer service duties in a timely manner, both internally for employees, and externally for customers and partners.
- Creates and publishes supporting materials for worldwide classroom and virtual training events.
- Collaborates with functional teams including Development, Sales, Support, and Services.
- Completes trainer and manager requests with attention to detail.
