Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a well-organized HR IS Specialist who will be responsible for the Administrative Support of the respective countries in conjunction with the HR manager.
•Responsible for EMEA HRIS, Systems & Operational Support of the HR EMEA Team with close partnership links to the US HRIS Team & EMEA FP&A Team
•To run regular monthly and ad-hoc reports for the business and HR Team ensuring they are 100% accurate
•To provide administrative support to the HR Manager in relation to New Hires, Leavers, Change Process actions for the respective countries
•To manage and process all employees’ documentation for new starters: Employment contracts, Confidentiality agreements, Ethics Codes, Job Descriptions
•Provide administrative support for the newcomers and leavers, making sure the registration in social insurance is done in time, payroll file is up to date
•Maintaining the personal files on the network for the respective countries
•To manage consolidation of the Labour legislation practices, comp&ben and other country requirements on the network
•To take ownership of the HR Network drive, ensuring it is organized logically
•Providing the employment confirmation letters to the employees in the respective countries
•Business trips administration with the social insurance
•To contribute actively through appropriate ideas/suggestions to introduce smarter, more effective or efficient ways of working within the HR EMEA team.
