Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are expanding Global Online Marketing team based in our Bratislava Headquarters. The team is responsible for delivering projects with global strategic impact in areas of paid advertising, SEO optimization, social media, and conversion optimization. The successful candidate should have strong understanding of PPC and display advertising strategies, knowledge of SEM principles, and ideally experience with web analytics. You will be responsible for building and managing effective PPC campaigns across the world, monitoring them, and providing actionable data analyses and reports. The successful candidate will also directly participate in other interesting digital marketing projects for which the team is responsible. We are looking for a highly driven, energetic individual with relevant experience, analytical skills and passion for numbers. Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute Paid Search / Pay Per Click campaigns in Google AdWords and Doubleclick (account setup, strategy development, organization, and management)
* Communicate and manage campaign implementation with ESET offices and partners
* Develop efficiencies and optimization for all aspects of PPC campaigns - reporting, keyword development, ad copy, bid processes and A/B split testing
* Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of set goals and metrics. E.g. impressions, profitability/ROI, lead generation
* Apply quantitative analysis approach to managing data using reporting, analytics, and trend tools (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEMrush, Excel or similar software)
* Conduct ad hoc analysis on web metrics, keyword data, and competitive intelligence
* Identify improvements to campaign strategy and diagnose any potential performance issues with campaigns
* Understand search landscape to identify and execute opportunities for growth - traffic and sales

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* At least 1 year of proven PPC , optimization techniques, and bid management experiences
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
* Competence to understand cause and effect of data points and represent data in useful and actionable manner
* Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics software; understanding of web metrics and reports
* Ability to work independently and prioritize and reprioritize tasks
* Good negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* English is a must
