Global Website Specialist

We are looking for a communicative and service-orientated individual with a background in online marketing to manage multiple interactive projects in a fast paced ever-changing environment.

Global Website Specialist coordinates international adoption of ESET’s global website to extensive partner network ranging 180 countries worldwide.
You will be in daily touch with select ESET partners aligning their needs with Global Website CMS platform, aiding them with content, configuration and troubleshooting, advocating newest updates and ensuring their proper adoption on migrated sites.
You will also identify opportunities and gather requirements for improving the online experience of our partners, offices and visitors internationally. You’ll keep track of partner’s requirements, form recommendations and change requests for internal webmasters, and also work with other internal teams and external companies to oversee their progress over certain areas of company’s projects.
Ideal candidate has expert communication skills in fluent English and at least 2 years experience in the field of Online Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the process of international partner migration to central Content Management System (CMS), including pre- and post-migration care on an account level
• Work at ESET’s Global Website – aid select ESET partners to build local websites / branches and ensure proper site adoption
• Act as first point of contact for partner’s webmasters providing them first level of support, including training, troubleshooting and aid with CMS configuration
• Gather crucial data and information from individual markets by proactively communicating with ESET partners in order to keeping track of their requirements, support their needs, propose improvements, oversee their implementation, and report progress
• Regularly contribute to GWS Online Guidelines section, spread global Online knowledge to local offices/partners and check for compliance
• Coordinate, communicate and support the needs of internal teams, business partners, and external vendors
• Cooperate on development of new functionality for ESET’s online projects and its testing, create functional specifications and documentation for web sites and web applications
• Report to the Global Website Partner Representative
