Manager of Global Brand and Partnerships
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set up strategic priorities for the brand and oversee a) Global brand strategy and activation; b) Framework for global brand collaborations (paid and free) c) Global partnership and sponsorship strategy, conceptualization, activation support and evaluation; c) Brand monitoring and measurement.
- Be responsible for formulating the ESET brand strategy, defining individual activities, and overseeing their implementation with the aim of building the brand globally.
- Establish principles and guidelines that contribute to brand building, including how to approach mutually beneficial brand collaborations.
- Design activation and evaluation toolkit for partnerships, sponsorships, and various brand building activities.
- Utilize available information and provide analyses, guidance, and recommendations about brand building, brand communication and brand collaborations to various internal stakeholders at different levels.
- Actively build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to productive and close cooperation within global and regional marketing teams, global online marketing, global sales, segment divisions, finance, legal, and HR/support teams.
- Create and maintain contacts with partners and agencies suitable for potential brand collaborations.
- Plan team workflow, and assign priorities to specified tasks, ensuring the delivery of projects within agreed scope, quality, and timeframe.
- Support innovations, proactivity, and new approaches in problem-solving.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Relevant academic degree, preferably in Marketing, Media/Partnerships/Sponsorships, Economics or Business studies
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of preferably international experience in minimum 4 of the following: brand strategy, partnerships, sponsorships, brand marketing, media
- Experience gained preferably in large company in technology sector, sponsorship/marketing/media consultancy or renowned media/advertising/comms/content agency.
- Extensive experience with creating and implementing partnership, sponsorship and mutually beneficial collaboration strategies.
- Preferably min 2 years people & team leadership experience
Knowledge:
- Very strong understanding of brand & partnerships, with proven track record of managing and growing brand using both, traditional and innovative collaboration approaches.
- Demonstrable experience in building effective collaborations including sponsorships or partnerships
Language:
English – C1
Communication:
- Excellent (verbal and written) communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Audience-oriented, open, honest, transparent, active listening
- Negotiation skills
Managerial skills:
- Ability to lead cross-functional, international teams: by prioritizing, planning, and organizing work and deliverables, collaboratively ensuring teams’ output quality and on-time delivery in line with original plan.
