Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Daily confirmation checks with prime broker, administrator
and trading system
- Daily settlement checks of trades with prime broker
- Daily cash reconciliation with broker statements
- Production of net asset value and risk reports
- Updating official trading system prices on a weekly and
monthly basis
- Ensuring payments are made on time
- Corporate actions, as directed by the portfolio manager
- Produce risk analysis as required
- Collect and update margin statements
and trading system
