Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main role will be :
- Maintenance and development of existing and new accounts/customers
- Daily phone contact to customers
- Managing of complete order process = order, order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, etc..
- Back-up support Key Account Managers
- Maintenance of sales database with customer and partner information
- Managing of invoicing process
- Proactive communication with all partners (internally and externally)
- Produce and maintain all relevant business reports
- Preparations of marketing documents
- Preparation of requested documents and reports for GM and Sales team
- Able to translate from Slovak to Czech ( grammtically correct )
- Able to work with technical information

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required
Secondary with school-leaving examination
