Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client ´s office in Bratislava we are looking for a dynamic, communicative multilingual SK/BULG /+ English is big advantage/ employee.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Effective planning of drivers and vehicles in order to achieve contractual collection and delivery times
- Conducting planning to effectively manage live and sudden changes to the routes
- Daily, frequent and correct communication with the drivers and customers using appropriate communication methods
- Pro-active thinking and communication in order to resolve problems in time
- Ensuring that service levels are achieved and maintained, in co-operation with the Belgian head office
- Monitoring of drivers' hours in line with the working time directives
- Efficient and effective paperwork controls associated with the operation of a transport fleet including vehicle checks, digitacho controls, etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Bulgarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Skills & Competences:
- Planning and high organizational skills
- Conscientious, reliable and responsible.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
- Have the knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.
- Minimum 5 years of proven ability and experience of transport planning, including all associated administration
- Excellent geographical knowledge of both local and nationwide areas
- Slovak is your mother tongue
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of written and spoken Bulgarian language is an advantage
