Job description, responsibilities and duties

Tasks:

- Administrative support to the management of the company, Regional director and other team members
- Daily agenda, correspondence, bookings of hotel, air tickets, copying and scanning of documents, etc.
- Working with technical construction documentation
- Writing orders and sorting of invoices
- Translation of documents / interpretation
- Answering calls, e-mail correspondence
- Ensuring of daily office run / handle office equipment (fax, copy machine, telephones), ordering office stuff
- Responsibility for company contact database and keeping it up to date
- Opening and distribution of received post
- Keeping co-workers presence lists and car evidence
- Other needed tasks

Requirements:

- Secondary education with graduation exam, or university
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (other language advantage)
- Typing “all ten fingers”
- User knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible and active attitude to work
- Flexibility, able to work independently, stress resistant, concentration to work
- Team player
