Job description, responsibilities and duties

Project Planner/Contractor with following responsibilities:

- manage commercial interior projects independently
- overall for entire project, including efficient and smooth running of site works
- overall responsibilities for meeting project progress in accordance to deadlines
- resolve design and technical site problems encountered during the project period
- work closely with Client, Architects, Designers, suppliers, production...
- involved in tender process, costing computing

Requirements:
- professional qualification in Building, Project Management, or Interior Design
- experience with project management, good technical knowledge
- lead and organize project schedule and achieve project timelines
- strong leadership, positive attitude and good project management skills
- highly committed, responsible and service oriented

- independent, self motivated but good team player
- PC literate
- required to travel
- highly committed, responsible and service oriented
