Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Participation at the weekly management meeting; writing minutes if required
Administrative support for the members of the Management Team and Managing Director (MD)
Diary, correspondence and telephone management for MD
Monitoring of office supplies, updating the stock; negotiating the prices and keeping the archive in order
Managing and regulating reception staff (2-3 receptionists)
Communication and quality of management with the companies providing the office related services (cleaner, printers, office building administrator, SBS, maintenance technician, IT, phone services etc.)
Organization and monitoring of teambuilding activities and company events; managing the budget figures approved for this purposes
Petty cash administration
Arranging and monitoring of employees medical entry, hygienic audit
Obtaining actual statutory documents from the government, taking care of their update
Translating or taking care of professional translations orders
Taking care of hotel and flight bookings, business trips organization
