IT Consultant - Sales Tools

To support the continuous growth of our laboratory network, we are looking for the best profiles to extend our IT team.
In this context, we are looking for a “IT Consultant - Sales Tools
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
The main objective of this position is to be the bridge between the business and the IT. The business needs has to be transferred into IT language and hand over to CEE IT Team for delivery. The person, who fulfills this position will focus on the regional support and deployment of our Group Standard Sales Tools and Quality Applications: MS Dynamics CRM 2011, SharePoint 2010, D4 and Microsoft based in-house built solutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead IT Service Deployment and IT Support activities in the assigned Business Units and Applications
• Lead the business analysis on commercial processes and quality processes,
• Ensure solutions based on defined need with the help of process owners, application managers and developers
• Define the business need for IT developers, test their results and train end-users for the new solutions
• Provide support on the implemented solutions
• Follow-up on change request made by the central teams and propose deployment approach
• Travel to laboratories in the region upon request necessary in Central Europe (30%)
• Develop working relationships within the wider Eurofins community
• Ensure follow-up to his Team Leader on a regular basis and as often as requested, escalate any issues, which are blocking

Evolution:
This job will give you a general overview of a wide variety of technical solutions and in-house development programs.
You will be integrated in our High Potential Program and might have a fast track evolution. In a quick growing group, successful leaders are frequently being offered increased areas of responsibility (subject to geographical mobility).
