Financial controller (f/m) - NH Gate One ****

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Receivables: Audit and accounting process of all outgoing invoices and credit notes, control of daily revenues and payments, dunning process
- Accounts Payables/ Fixed Asset: Check all the account payable invoices and assign the correct accounts
- General Ledger: preparation of the monthly accruals, reconciliation of the accounts
- Material Control: Support of the operational team to create and optimize monthly stock report
- Support of the external accounting company to create monthly and annual financial statements
- Timely and accurate completion of the necessary correspondence, reports and statistics
- Analyzing the monthly and yearly closing with the General Manager - Support of external and internal audit
- Support of the yearly budget and forecast
- Trains and coaches all new team members
- Basic knowledge of payroll and labor law
- To be in charge of special projects which will be assigned.
- Participation in regular meetings and training sessions
