We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Assistant to Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Project Manager in executing consulting projects for our clients including the European Union, UNICEF, the European Investment Bank (EIB), and other international organisations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
You will have an opportunity to independently work on your portfolio, to collaborate with other team members and our Network Partners. Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external partners.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to gather information, resolve inquiries, and coordinate deliverables.
- Support financial management tasks, such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
