We are currently looking for candidates who will be joining our team in Brno – Czech Republic, for the position of
Italian speaking technical support!
The main responsibilities:
• Receives and responds to inquiries from Italian speaking external and internal customers via both email and phone.
• Explains and interprets all external client’s policies and procedures including Terms of Use.
• Creatively resolves issues and ensures problems are accurately and completely resolved by using available resources, including internal tools and all available resources.
• Organizing and co-coordinating the day-to-day business activities under the supervision of the Team Leader/Manager
Our requirements:
• Fluent in Italian + communicative level of English
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
• Ability to identify solutions
• A high level of computer literacy
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a strong advantage
• Passion for Customer Care
