Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

- You will provide the second line technical support to customer services on hosted and managed services

- Manage service request, incident and problem through ticketing system

- Manage incident and problem related to 3rd party HW/SW or Network infrastructure by working with respective

- Be the second line support contact with customers

- Participate to 24*7 on duty for support or operation

- You will continuously improve the services reliability, performances and security

- Work in conjunction with SDM on errors

- Define preventive, corrective and improvement actions

- Analyse business change mid-term impacts on capacity requirements

- Participate to capacity management process

- Participate to security audit

- Raise security alert

- You will design and implement changes into the systems

- Apply the change management process

- Operate the platform by implementing pre-define changes

- Deploy patches and fixes delivered by R&D

- You will maintain and enhance internal tools to improve service industrialization

- Define and implement automation mechanisms

- Maintain and improve monitoring system and reporting tool

- Administrate task scheduler tool

- Participate to constant knowledge transfer and L1 ramp up

- You will participate to the handover from set up to production

- Participate to production requirements definition

- Review the service documentation

- Participate to test monitoring and internal tools

- Participate to delivery project end to end validation

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti

- University graduate ideally in IT is preferred

- Fluent English (daily communication with clients and internal)

- At least 5 years of work experience in IT support

- Working experience in IT field Application Administration & Operation & Support

- Experience with Linux-Unix application administration

- Experience with Shell Scripting

- Experience with SQL (ev. PL/SQL) with Oracle databases (user)

- Experience with Ticketing tool, Monitoring tool (such as Nagios), Validation tools (soap, HTTP protocol...)

- Experience with Weblogic administration, ITIL will be a plus

- Experience with Incident / problem management, Change and Escalation management

- Excellent analytical skills

- Pro-client approach with ability to make good customer relations

- Extrovert and „social intellect", communications skills

- Rigorous, strong drive to solve problem, creative problem solving skills

- Ability to learn and react fast, flexibility (in solutions and time)
