Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti

The following services are to be provided for supporting the migration project:

• Support several SAP project as Service and technical Project Manager
• Handle complex infrastructure requirements and changes for multiple projects and coordinate those with our vendors and customers
• Maintain the operation of SAP infrastructure for various SAP Products according to the Novartis SAP Reference Architecture and coordinate different stakeholders to archive a sustainable operation
• Close collaboration with the customer during operation
• Solving incidents within the SAP infrastructure and SAP Basis
• Change Management for SAP Infrastructure and SAP Basis
• 2nd level support and handling of the Incident- and Change-Management
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of the delivered services (GxP, SoX, CSV)

Education/Experience
• Business Fluent in English
• German desirable
• ITIL Certification is an advantage
• Project Management / Integration Management experience, Certification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in SAP Basis installation and operation on IBM AIX environments
• Several years of experience with Oracle DB's
• Experience with PowerHA, IBM Flash Copy, Oracle RMAN, Libelle Business Shadow is a true asset
• SAP certified OS/DB Migration Consultant is a true asset
• Experience with SAP ARMM reference architecture, Project methodology and Migration factory model is an true asset
• Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
• Team work in a challenging IT environment
• Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
• Ability to deal with variable workload
• Traveling ability (Approx 10%), Including USA
• English Speaking Assignment
