We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Distribution Coordinator (EMEA).
TASK/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to manage all the logistic aspect from the reception of the order to final delivery of products to customers which include the synchronization of the order release to the warehouse, the management of specific customer requirements as well as the coordination of the logistic documents, the carriers booking/scheduling and the customs activities.
• Respond to order enquiries, advise any potential delays / impact in timely manner and address resolution with relevant key stakeholders
• Act as primary interface between Customer Service and Supply Chain /OCD organization as it comes to deliver orders to customers
• Identify and initiate process improvement by developing robust understanding of markets, customers and process requirements/capability
• Manage customer complaints and champion resolutions
• Execute product return and credit note as well as ensure that all procedures and work instruction are kept up to date
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The main responsibility of this position is to be the single point of contact for our customers for all operational issues around customer orders activities.
• Communication with clients, reclaims and problem solving
• Following technical enquiries
• Taking orders, delivery control
• Working with internal database and cooperation with team colleagues
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor or equivalent preferably in Business or Logistic
• Advanced in English, French and Italian
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistic with good understanding of pan-European logistic organization
• Excellent (phone) communication skills, advanced in English, French and Italian
• Computer literate and working knowledge of software such as Word and Excel, ERP knowledge would be an advantage
