Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and thereby contributing to the achievement of the company business goals:
Respond to customer calls/communications
Provide optimum services, information and advice to our customers;
Perform traces and problem resolution
Who we are looking for:
Fluent in Slovenian and fluent in Czech, good command of English is an advantage
Good customer care skills, able to empathize, with a natural ability to help and support, including commitment to follow through;
Good telephone skills, able to listen patiently and remain focused throughout the conversation
Good information processing skills – able to react promptly to the situation and listen, think, type or search simultaneously
Good PC skills (MS Office package)
Personal skills; adaptive to change, self starter and team player, proactive, flexible, moderate analytical abilities, passionate, result and service minded and open-mindend with assertive behavior, methodical and accurate with attention to detail, good reasoning ability.
